AGAINST PLATE TECTONICS

This is usual in all sciences.  

E.g. Darwin's theory has a consequent "Neo-Darwinism" and Cuvier was against Darwin (Catastrophism versus Evolutionism).

In current times, nothing is changed: "Neo-Darwinism" has a strong opposition today, especially by "Creationism".

In Italy, Neo-Darwinism is yet deleted from study programs at elementary school.

Even if without to agree with theories that are different from Plate Tectonics,

such as the "Expanding Earth Theory", we have no problems about the suggested meaning of AW197, that may be in tune with these potential different paradigms.

Perhaps, additional keywords are possible.
